2. Program Mandate (Issued by Portfolio Review Board/steering committee)
3. Meet with key Stakeholders (Starts Stakeholder List)
4. Initial Assessment (Start Business Case & Feasibility Study)
5. Approved Business Case (Includes various studies)
6. Start Roadmap (Starts in Program Formulation Phase)
7a. Approved Program Plan (Includes Vision, Mission, & Metrics for Success)
7b. Start Program Charter
8. Start Program Management Plan
